I am happily married to my soulmate and training partner. We live in a scenic West Coast town with our three little daschunds. God comes first in our lives and every day I wake up I am reminded He is not finished yet. I’ve been in the IT Industry and corporate world since I started my career more than 20 years ago. I am absolutely in love with nature and I am an avid fisher(wo)man and skipper of a deep sea fishing boat called “Done That”. My bucket list ticks include shark cage diving, tiger fishing, tree top canopy tours, hot air ballooning, snow skiing, walks through the Kruger Park and loads of road trips and creating memories.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
I do weight training 6 days a week and cannot do without my Pilates sessions in between to focus on my core, stretching and overall mindfulness. Counting macros and dieting is not something I do, but I maintain a healthy lifestyle and stay focused and disciplined, with the inspirational chocolate or carrot cake on cheat days. Fitness is not something you do, it is a lifestyle. I know who I am and that I want to be fearlessly authentic and live out my passion.
What are your personal fitness goals?
I believe in setting continuous fitness goals while maintaining a balanced lifestyle. I seriously didn’t think that at the age of 40 I would kickstart my fitness career!. I am grateful that I listened to that inner voice and my husband and close friends. My personal fitness goal is to compete on the international stage as a WBFF Pro athlete and achieve a fitness certification. I want to inspire women of all ages and to walk the journey with them, through the ups and downs, to achieve their fitness goals.
