What are your personal fitness goals?
I would love to compete again in a bodybuilding competition again and obviously bring a better stronger version of myself.
I also have my own fitness studio called Insane Fitness studio, and would like to expand and maybe open more branches.
Selling gym equipment and supplements and gym attire is also a big thing to do on my bucket list.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I myself have two kids and I get how intense life can sometimes be. To juggle parenting, full time working and trying to be healthy is not always easy, BUT it can be done with the right mindset and life is all about balance. I just love inspiring other women and helping them wherever I can. Believing in them and showing them that if you put your mind to it you can do it.
Becoming an ambassador would just be such an amazing opportunity for me and I do believe that I have what it takes to be the Biogen Face of Fitness. Fitness is such an important aspect of my life and I take it very serious while I also know how to have fun.
What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?
Train insane or remain the same, look if you can put your mind to it, you can do it. To become the best healthy and fit version of yourself you need to push yourself past your comfort zone.
If you keep your mindset positive and believe in yourself, you’re already halfway there. The body is a magnificent “machine” and with consistency and a lot of positivity you can become whatever you believe in.
Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I am absolutely in love with exercise.
I train 2 to 3 hours at least 4 days a week and take my training very seriously although I also know how to have fun while I am at it.
I also give Spinning Pilates and Yoga at Virgin Active. And work most of the time at my studio where I teach Group HIIT and Pilates classes as well as one on one personal training sessions.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I have a passion for fitness and I am very driven. I am outgoing, humble, friendly, warm and inviting and easy to approach. I am also very courier driven and serious about what I do as a fitness Instructor and just love to inspire other women and help them to also become the best version of themselves by teaching them how to do things they thought would never be possible and that starting from the bottom should never be an embarrassing experience. First you crawled, then started walking and running before you had the confidence to sprint.
