I am a wife, a mother of 2 busy teenagers and a career-driven woman. I aim to achieve and to excel in all aspects of my life. I believe in leading a well balanced holistic lifestyle. I believe there is nothing you cannot do or achieve if you put your mind to it. I believe that by maintaining a healthy body, mind and soul, you can achieve so much more with your life and achieve your goals.

I am currently studying to become a personal trainer. I am passionate about fitness and aim to motivate and help others to get fit and active and find a passion for health and fitness.
How fitness fits into her lifestyle:
I currently go to gym 6 days a week, once a day for about an hour. I do a mixture of weight training, functional training and cardio. I take time off on Saturdays. I feel that training on a Sunday sets the tone for the week to come and gets my blood pumping, which gets me fired up for a Monday.
When I am in competition prep, my routine changes and becomes more intense – I train for longer, often twice a day.
I am always moving. Instead of walking to the kitchen, I sometimes do walking lunges. I can fry a steak and do bodyweight squats at the same time like a champ! Doing this makes exercise more interesting and fun… and the task, too.
Her fitness goals:
My personal fitness goal is to increase my fitness and endurance while maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle. A healthy body image is the ultimate reason why I get up each day and make the right choices. I am also working at growing my glutes, and hope to qualify for my Pro Card this year.
