What are your personal fitness goals?

To create a sustainable healthy and balanced lifestyle that I can live by for as long as possible. I incorporate training and healthy eating into my daily life, not because I don’t like myself or my body, but because I love my body and the skin I’m in. I want to do this because consistency with training and eating is very important, not only for my body but for my mind and emotions. I want to be strong and healthy.

 

How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?

I would like to be accessible so that anyone could reach out to me for advice, support, to connect, motivate and for inspiration. I would like to be a mentor because I know it is important to have someone to lead you in the right direction in good and bad times. I would also like to show that it is possible to be consistent through everyday lifestyle habits.

 

What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?

“Health is a lifestyle.”

 

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle

My fitness lifestyle consists of weight and HIIT training 6 times a week. I do cardio, mostly walking and running, almost every day of the week. I absolutely love being active and seeing how I can push myself to do better, run faster or increase my weight. I’m in love with the feeling of being active and I try to be active as much as I possibly can.

 

Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?

I have worked really hard to prepare for this role. I feel strong and confident and I am able to give this everything it deserves and give my full self, while staying focused on my students and my job.
