I am a relatively quiet person but love spending quality time with family and loved ones. I love reading and am very inquisitive so I am always hopping from podcast to podcast to educate myself on all topics, ranging from fitness to politics to astrology. I believe it is important to find your ‘why’ in everything you do and to not just go through the motions.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
I have been exercising in various fields for the last 8 years. I started with normal gymming, moved to CrossFit and then triathlons. Currently, I do 6 days of training a week with one rest day. My job requires me to sit behind a computer for hours on end so there is no greater feeling than getting up at 5 and starting my day with either a spinning or weights session. There are 24 hours in a day, you only need 1 to get moving and to start improving your quality of life.
What are your personal fitness goals?
I am focused on being the best, healthiest version of myself without the pressure and stress that comes with competing. A balance between fitness and nutrition is very important and I am always busy educating myself with different aspects of training styles and how to maintain a healthy physique with proper nutrition. I understand that every person struggles with insecurities and doubt but I strongly believe that every woman is capable of so much more than she gives herself credit for. My hope is to show everyone that sees me that you do not have to be a professional athlete or compete on stage to have a good physique or be healthy.
