What are your personal fitness goals?

My constant fitness goal is to look, feel and be healthy, fit and athletic, which is still feminine, and maintainable throughout the year. I always set micro goals and challenge myself to improve my physique, mind and soul. My macro goal is a happy and sustainable life which includes food, training, education and to soak up all the experiences life can potentially bring.

How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?

I would like to inspire women to be better and reach certain potentials and not to limit ourselves. I want to be an influence for individuals to empower them and to share knowledge where I can. I will be authentic in a world where there is limited authenticity. I will connect with individuals on topics that carry value and promote health and fitness.

What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle

I train 5-6 days a week. I love weight training and I try to do at least 20-30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise, 3-5 times a week. I usually have a run on the beach with my dogs on Saturdays. I am quite disciplined with food, even when I am not training for competitions.

Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?

As an ambassador I will ‘live the brand’. Health and fitness is a part of my everyday life. I am driven and a committed individual, I am health-conscious and will lead by example. I comprehend that representing the Fitness magazine and Biogen brands goes beyond marketability – it is also about authenticity and how well people can relate to me. I will always speak positively about health and fitness. I will strive to further the brand’s reputation in everything that I do.
