What are your personal fitness goals?

I am currently looking to shred down and hopefully compete in my first IFBB Bikini show line up, either in December or in the new year. For next year, I want to win the Arnold Classic Africa Model Search 2021 and eventually go on to place at Gauteng Provincials SA Champs and eventually compete at the World Championships.

How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?

I will show women that any dream is possible. I’m a GBV survivor and I want to show other women who are currently fighting their own demons that they are strong, beautiful, and that they can achieve anything they set their minds to. I would love to get involved in my community to inspire all women to be more active and exercise, especially for health during these trying times.

What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?

“Aim for the moon you may just land among the stars.”

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle

My training consists of 6 days a week of weight training and 30-60 minutes of cardio a day. I love to also do aerobics classes for additional cardio on most days. I eat clean the majority of the time as my goal is to compete. I do love my cheat meals when they come around but I mainly follow the strict protocol set by my coach, IFBB champ Hayley T-Rex Wright.

Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?

I feel I am unique and have a great story to share, which can inspire others. I just need the right platforms to elevate my profile. I feel I can inspire so many women, especially those that are fighting their own personal demons. I know that I can be a role model for the younger generation who hope to pursue a career as athletes but just need someone to aspire to.
