What are your fitness goals?
I believe that my goals should always challenge me and force me to step out of my comfort zone. This year I went from CrossFit to bodybuilding and competed in my first show. I would love to keep on competing, and would also like to start my own fitness career.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
This year I competed in the PCA Gauteng Provincials and won the Trained Bikini Masters division.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I want to be the next USN Face of Fitness to show ladies who are 35 years and older that a second act is possible. Fitness and training is my passion and I would love a platform to reach other women to help them discover their own passions and see what their bodies are capable of.
