Fitness is a lifestyle choice you have to make and stick to feel good every day and you need to work hard to maintain your health and body.

What are your personal fitness goals?

I am an IFBB Fit Model Protea athlete who has represented South Africa. My fitness goal is to compete at the World Championships as a Fit Model in 2022. I also want to be an ambassador for a fitness brand to motivate people to live healthier and be more confident in their own skin.
