What are your fitness goals?

  • I am currently studying to be a personal trainer and life coach. I want to gain proper knowledge to guide and help individuals of all ages reach their goals and fall in love with themselves daily.
  • I am considering competing next year. I would first like to understand my body a little better and grow not only emotionally, but mentally stronger for stepping outside my comfort zone and trying something new
  • I want to grow as an individual. To work harder, eat healthier and to continue to be more about the process and less about the result.
  • I was inspired to start this journey through many other women, and I would like to be worthy of inspiring someone at that the start of their journey. And that’s what makes this lifestyle worth it. We are all number one in someone’s eyes.

Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?

A year ago, I battled severely with picking up any muscle or weight. It was probably the worst time for me as I was insecure, and I didn’t see my true beauty. I tried all sorts of products to help, but the one product that helped me was the BlueLab Whey from USN. Because of the taste, drinking it was something I looked forward to. Now almost a year later, I have a physique that I am proud of.

I realized that finding a regime that works with my body and lifestyle to be a huge victory. And that in itself is my greatest fitness achievement.

Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?

When I was a lot younger, I used to look at the women in Fitness magazine, and I wanted to be them. As I grew older, I realized that those women’s inspired a change in my life and in that moment I realized it was less about the cover but more about inspiring people.

And that’s why I feel I would be a right candidate for the USN Face of Fitness title because my process is driven by inspiring others. If I am given the honour of this title, I promise to share my journey, the ups and the downs, the highs and the lows honestly and fearlessly, with every man and women that choose to join me.
