I’m a doula, offering crucial support to expectant mothers while also deeply passionate about fitness. I hold certifications in yoga, barre, reformer Pilates, and mat instruction, with a boxing qualification in progress. Fitness has been my lifelong ally, helping me overcome depression, insecurities, and sharpening my focus. I became an instructor to share this joy with others.

I’m authentic, fearless yet soft, and lead with love, inspiring those around me to embrace healthier living and strive to be their best selves. My loyalty to the Biogen brand for four years is a testament to the efficacy of their products, as I’ve personally witnessed the results on my body. My daily fitness routine starts with meditation and affirmations, followed by cardio, 45 minutes of strength training, a core workout, and stretching. I train six days a week during competition prep, and five days during the off-season with two rest days.
