I’m currently a 4th year BEd foundation phase teacher, actively involved in coaching netball and cricket, and most recently placed fourth in my first bikini competition. I’ve come to appreciate my off-season physique, recognising that the stage-ready look is transient, tailored solely for competition. My journey, replete with its ups and downs, is openly shared on social media.

I firmly believe that I possess the qualities necessary to excel as the 2023 Face of Fitness winner and Biogen ambassador. My charisma, confidence, and commitment to sharing the challenges and triumphs of my journey set me apart. Fitness, for me, is not just a means of physical transformation but also a form of therapy, deeply ingrained in my identity. My routine includes stretching, coaching, cardio, weightlifting, and dedicated posing sessions. Beyond fitness, I enjoy playing the ukulele, singing with the worship team, and hiking.
