I’m a chartered accountant who transitioned into a holistic health enthusiast due to health issues from a sedentary job. I’m passionate about researching gut health’s impact on overall well-being and exploring healthy eating options. For 15 years, I’ve maintained my health and fitness through gym-based strength training. I’ve also embraced outdoor activities like yoga, hiking, swimming, and golf, connecting with nature and pushing my physical limits.
I believe I’d be a great 2023 Face of Fitness winner and Biogen Ambassador because I can relate to busy professionals, showing them that work-life balance and good health are achievable. My message revolves around consistency and a holistic approach to well-being. My daily routine includes morning yoga and meditation, followed by evening gym sessions, along with outdoor activities like cycling, hiking, group yoga, dog walking, and weekend golf. These activities epitomize my commitment to a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
