About Me

Age: 40

I’m Estelle, a 40-year-old financial advisor for Discovery, married to a wonderful husband and a mother to a very special little angel girl that is blind. My life revolves around family, and my fitness journey complements that. Despite a back operation at 25, I’ve always been passionate about sports, enjoying the variety they offer.

I believe I’d be a great fit as the 2023 Face of Fitness winner and Biogen ambassador because my transformation has inspired many women to pursue their fitness goals, regardless of age or circumstances. My fitness journey includes provincial indoor netball, cricket, and CrossFit. In 2021, I achieved my goal of competing as a bikini model before turning 40, thanks to my coach, JP Hoon. I maintain my fitness with six days of gym training weekly, a balanced five-meal-a-day diet, and 4 to 5 liters of water daily.
