About Me
I am a grade 1 teacher, married with two young children. My journey into fitness began five years ago when I decided to transform my overweight body. I’ve maintained this commitment, becoming passionate about health and fitness. Outdoor activities like hiking and cycling, as well as water-based activities like kayaking, bring me joy.
In my fitness journey, I’ve pursued various courses to expand my knowledge. I take pride in advising friends and family on fitness matters. I believe I’d be an excellent 2023 Face of Fitness winner and Biogen ambassador due to my first hand experience of achieving results through hard work and nutrition.
My workout routine involves five weekly sessions with a dedicated coach. I prioritize weight training and progressive overload to build muscle. On rest days (Thursdays and Sundays), I enjoy leisurely walks in nature.
My gym time is my sanctuary for self-improvement and pushing my limits.
