What are your personal fitness goals?

My personal fitness goals are to be healthy and flexible, I’m currently working on my flexibility and I hope to improve that every day. I would also like to do karate and be pretty good at it. 

How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?

I will continue to inspire women to lead healthy lifestyles by going out there and putting my words to action. I will create more bootcamps for women to workout and be motivated. I will continue to teach women about nutrition and exercise and most importantly positive thinking and self worth because that’s where it all starts.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle

I wake up everyday and love myself a little more, I mostly focus on my mind and creating positivity in my environment. I workout because I love working out, it makes me happy to take care of my mind and body. I love tae bo, running and weight-lifting, anything that requires me to move my body is a yes for me. I don’t diet, I just eat healthy. 

Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?

I think that everyone who was courageous enough to enter this competition is the Biogen face of fitness. We are all going out there and putting in the work going after what we want and inspiring each other in the process. It is amazing to watch women reaching for the stars. I’m just glad to be part of it. I live to make other people believe in themselves, to encourage and push people to go after their dreams and smash their goals.
