What are your personal fitness goals?

My fitness goals, firstly, is to be able to nail a yoga handstand and improve on my core. Secondly I would like to improve on my muscles (lower and upper body) and speed twitchy fibres so that I may be able to run faster times for my 400m Sprint as it is my event/speciality. Also to fully learn how to condition my body as an athlete through gym work and exercising. As well as to improve my knowledge/skills about fitness because I believe there is still a lot to learn and to share with others out there. Lastly this is not just a goal it’s a dream and a dream we dream alone is just a dream, but a dream we dream together becomes a reality. 

How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?

Thanks to the feminists of the past, today women are able to express themselves freely using their voices, being comfortable in their own skin and are able to embrace their bodies . Which I believe is something I need to uphold and contribute to the growth of this authenticity. If I win my aim will be to help women and inspire them to stay fit mentally, physically, psychologically. I will use this platform to end body shaming as well as to promote and encourage women to use their talents, because I believe fitness is a talent. Most importantly in doing all of this I understand that my mission is to contribute to the growth of this amazing brand. 

What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle

What I eat is of utmost importance to me, I strive to eat healthy and avoid getting sick.

I train everyday (twice a day during holidays) for my running and gym twice or three times a week as my coach instructs me.

I do fun workouts for my Instagram page to encourage people to exercise, by using and not using equipment, doing at home and outdoor exercises. To promote mental health I make short motivational videos talking about lifestyle in general.

Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?

I am a passionate and driven young lady but so is everyone. What makes me unique is the way I do things, my originality and the way I use my gift of my making my own choices, I live to inspire and help others which I believe are qualities this competition is looking for and that I am fully capable of fulfilling because I too view myself as a brand and fitness has been a lifestyle for me ever since the age of seven. I want people to realize that what seems impossible today could be a warm up tomorrow.

It gives me joy to see people happy when their exercises and working towards their body goals considering the diverse fitness approaches and also keeping in mind that fitness is an escape for many people including me SO I give it my all.
