I’m a happy, energetic person. I love to motivate and inspire others. I always try to find the positive in a bad situation. As a hairstylist, I get the opportunity to make people feel good about themselves, which gives me such an energy boost! I’m also a wife and mother with 2 busy boys. I started my fitness journey 10 months ago with an amazing trainer who helped me achieve my goals. I went from 29% body fat to 17% and I’m so chuffed! I learned so much and now it’s my lifestyle.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Training in the early mornings or after work 6 days a week is tough but if you put your mind to it and plan, it works! I plan my fitness around my clients and family responsibilities but have always managed to fit in my training. I have also learned that nutrition is the key to success!
What are your personal fitness goals?
Never give up! it’s not an option. To try to do better than yesterday. To always get up, dress up and show up, even if you don’t feel like it! And to be the best version of myself – someone who is healthy, fit and strong.
