What are your fitness goals?
- To consistently train hard throughout the year and not just when we all want our “beach bodies”.
- I also have plans to compete in more ifbb bikini contests.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
- Level 7 Artistic gymnastics SA champ.
- I also represented tuks at the USAIGC (United States of America independent gymnastics clubs) competition where I placed first in my category.
- More recently I competed in my first ifbb fitness bikini contest.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I am extremely self motivated and outgoing I’m also only 19 years old. I think at this age I could help introduce a new age group to USN products. I am very dedicated to my training as well as my eating habits, which is why I decided to study dietetics as it incorporates everything I’m passionate about (eating and eating).
