I am a competitive strongwoman, powerlifter and aspiring aesthetics athlete. I believe in being versatile. I have worked in Israel for two years with mentally disabled people as a caretaker, which required that I do certain activities and exercises with them. This is where I found my love for fitness and started my journey to become a strength, aesthetics and functional fitness coach.

I am fierce, I am driven and I will do whatever it takes to reach my goals.

How fitness fits into her lifestyle:

Fitness is my life. Everything I do revolves around my training and my nutrition. I plan my whole day around this. 

Her fitness goals:

I’m currently preparing for competitions that will take place in October and November. In October, I will compete in the NPC Wellness Division, and in November I will compete in NABBA WFF Sports Model division.

My goals always remain the same: Stronger than ever, leaner than ever. I always find ways to hold myself accountable to reach my goals.
