How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
When I started to view health and fitness as a lifestyle rather than a hobby, I developed behaviours that improved certain aspects of my life. It inspired my creative side and taught me discipline.

My most important personal fitness goal is to have a better immune system and a healthy mind. In this era that we live in, one has to be ready for any challenge.
