What are your personal fitness goals?
Every morning when I wake up, I try by all means possible to stick to my workout schedule. My personal fitness goals are to get stronger, improve my endurance and to be consistent with my routines while having fun.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I want to inspire my fellow sisters and tell them that living a healthy life is the best reward we can give ourselves and it is a great investment. By sharing my story, I will show that living a healthy life is a beautiful journey that does not require a first-class ticket – anyone can do it! I would like to share the three C’s that I live by: Consistency with a healthy diet and regular exercise; Commitment to be true to yourself and what works for you; and Communication in terms of being able to understand your body and find what works for you

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
Fitness is more than just a lifestyle. It is my bread and butter. I previously spent an hour every morning, seven days a week, doing exercises. This included cardio and bodyweight movements. My routine now involves weight lifting five days a week, with two days for recovery and muscle growth. I follow a pescatarian diet.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I live fitness. I enjoy keeping fit and it has become more than just a lifestyle for me. Becoming the next Biogen Face of Fitness will be a great reward for my hard work. This will show other ladies out there that hard work always get recognised.
