What are your fitness goals?
I aim to become stronger, because I believe being confident in yourself is the best thing a women can wear. I would like to help women awaken the confidence she has within herself, and help her unleash her strength to overcome anything that is put in her path. I also plan to add a new daring exercise programme to my routine. I would like to improve in my calisthenics training as well. I would also like to make my unique dance fitness classes known world-wide.
Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
I embody the values of the USN brand. I am goal driven in all aspects of my life. No matter how small or big those goals are, they get achieved. I handle everything professionally, and lead a healthy lifestyle. My approach to nutrition and my use of USN supplements have helped me get from where I started to where I am today, and I have lessons in this regard that I can share with everyone. Together with Fitness magazine I would like to share the values, tips, ideas, and methods I use to keep fit and lead a healthy lifestyle. If I can reach more people using this platform, it will be a job well done for both myself and the USN brand.
