What are your personal fitness goals?
To achieve absolute physical and nutritional wellness! This includes being physically well with the right combination of endurance, strength, flexibility and balance, as well as using the correct form when exercising. It also means providing my body with balanced nutrition and staying hydrated with adequate water consumption. I would also love to achieve a well toned physique.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I would use the ambassadorship to narrate an authentic wellness journey that other women can relate to. I would do this by updating progress reports on my journey and sharing moments of weaknesses and how I recover from them. I would create fitness challenges which other women can participate in with me, and hold each other accountable via updates on a hashtag. I also intend to illustrate how Biogen products positively influence my life.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I aim to exercise on three days during the week and jog on a Saturday morning. My training sessions typically consist of two strength training sessions and one HIIT session. I keep hydrated by aiming to drink two litres of water in a day.I try to follow a balanced diet by ensuring adequate consumption of the six essential nutrients in a week.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I am passionate about leading a life of absolute wellness! I have the necessary discipline and drive to make the objectives of this competition a reality. I am ready to engage with women on an authentic level, which is something I believe can contribute significantly to creating a community of fit females across Africa.
