I am very passionate about my overall well-being and I believe that all aspects in my life are intertwined and deserve equal attention. I was bullied for being skinny for as long as I can remember. Starting my fitness journey helped me to deal with the bullying and taught me to fall in love with my body and overcome all my fears.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Fitness is my lifestyle. I spend my mornings in the gym and some days, depending on my energy levels, I also go in the evenings to get in a double session. I love being in the kitchen so I’m constantly looking for new recipes to incorporate into my diet. Seeing how quickly my body responds to the food I eat as well as the exercises I perform in the gym pushes me to keep going.
What are your personal fitness goals?
I strive to become the fittest that I’ve ever been while empowering people around me and showing them that their goals are achievable. I want to take big strides in leaving my comfort zone and observing how far my body can go.
