Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
1. I want to improve and learn so that I can offer the best version of myself to others in all aspects of life: my job, relationships and all other connections
2. I would love to compete towards the end of the year, in November or December
3. To combine my two passions: education and fitness in a fun and unconventional way.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
I received awards for swimming during my years in high school.
I am a certified netball and girls softball coach. I also coach cross-country at the school where I work.
In the fitness industry, nothing as yet however, I do believe that the best way to predict the future is to create it and I am excited about the journey ahead.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
As a high school teacher, two of my greatest passions are fitness and education. I work a full-time job and make training a priority which I believe makes me relatable and approachable. I represent real-life people and would like to show that fitness is a means to elevate all other areas in our lives that we’re passionate about or dedicated to. I’d like to use this platform to learn more, improve and to serve others by helping people grow in a way that assists them to achieve their goals too.
