I am a Cape Town-based holistic health coach, yoga, Pilates and meditation teacher and functional movement trainer with a passion for all things wellness. When I’m not caught up with clients, you can find me on my mat, down at the beach, sipping on green smoothies and laughing way too hard at my own jokes. I’ve actually been living in Sydney, Australia for the last 10 years where I worked as a professional dancer and a trainer and coach and lululemon ambassador. I have now relocated to Cape Town where I want to set myself up and get involved in the health and wellness community. I want to help and support as many people as I can and have a fun, good time with amazing people while I do it. Being a professional dancer for 15 years led to a thirst for knowledge in fitness, health and wellness to be able to perform my best on stage and off it. I then found a passion in sharing this and helping and supporting people to be the best version of themselves. I then went through my own health and mental health struggles, which led me to yoga and meditation and changed my life. Once I had healed my body and mind, I vowed to use these tools to help as many people as possible to never have to go through what I went through. I’ve had an amazing career with so many highlights, working as a Lululemon ambassador, I trained the Waratahs rugby team helping them with yoga and meditation, I’ve run retreats and events and collaborated with many brands. And now I’d love to take this next step in South Africa.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
I wouldn’t say fitness ‘fits’ into my lifestyle. Fitness, health and wellness are my lifestyle. I don’t believe in balance, I believe in integration. Fitness, health and wellness are integrated into my everyday life. It’s a lifestyle. I absolutely love and am passionate about moving my body, nourishing my body and living my best life every day.
What are your personal fitness goals?
Personally, these days, I like to keep fit and healthy to enjoy all the things I love doing in life. It sounds like a cliche, but I train for life. I want to be able to run and hike and play with my nieces and nephews and travel and walk and explore and swim and enjoy everything life has to offer. I feel the only way that is possible is to look after your health and wellness. That is my main goal. I also have a mini goal to run a marathon!
