What are your personal fitness goals?

I want to be the healthiest version of myself.

I found that I feel especially good about myself when I know that I am taking care of my body to the best of my knowledge and ability.

How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?

I would like to create more educational videos that will inspire women to get up and start moving their bodies as well as start eating healthier and cleaner food.

I would like to someday have a book or even an app that’s affordable and user-friendly.

What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?

You will never always feel motivated so you need to be disciplined.

I also ask myself, how are you going to feel a few hours from now?

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle

When I was younger I would go on all these different diets and it would work for a while but then the weight just came back.

I realized that I need a lifestyle change. I changed my thoughts about myself and I changed the food that I feed my body. Although I make a good burger I do eat clean on most days (I’m vegetarian). It’s about living a good healthy balanced lifestyle right.

Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?

Health and fitness has become my life in the last 3 years.

I would encourage women to know that they are enough. My message would be that we are all different and there is no use in comparing yourself with someone else.

There is no one like you and that’s your superpower.
