What are your fitness goals?

To reach a body fat percentage of 12% and have a good physique. I also want to be toned, while still maintaining a feminine physique.

Are there any other sporting or fitness achievements we should know about?

I competed in the IBFF Novice show in April 2018, in the Beach Bikini category, placing 4th.

Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?

I aspire to motivate and encourage others who are entering the fitness world. I enjoy assisting them to achieve their goals and dreams. I have fallen in love with fitness and believe that there is always room to grow. I look forward to learning more and achieving many more goals with the opportunities it will create.
