I am a teacher. I enjoy working out 5 to 6 times a week, doing weight training and cardio-based exercises. I love to prepare healthy and interesting meals. I have a positive approach to life and will always count my blessings in any situation life throws at me.

I train on a daily basis after work to keep myself motivated and healthy.
What are your personal fitness goals?
I strive to have a healthy balanced lifestyle and to be a positive inspiration for normal working-class women. My goal is to be comfortable in my own skin and to show respect towards my body. Being able to exercise is one of life’s biggest pleasures for me and makes me feel like a healthy, strong and beautiful woman.
