How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
The question should be how does my lifestyle fit into fitness. My day consists of 2 training sessions in the off-season and 3 sessions a day in-season. In my spare time, I analyse the training session that I just completed and then start preparing for the training session ahead.
What are your personal fitness goals?
My personal fitness goals are to run under 1 hour 24 minutes for 21.1km and 38 minutes over 10km.
