Tell us more about yourself
What are your personal fitness goals?
My personal fitness goal at this moment is to finish my first marathon in November. My main focus is running with some strength training sessions.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I want to show women that you don’t have to spend hours on the road running or in the gym to have a healthy body. By small daily changes in your attitude, nutrition and training you can achieve a fit and healthy body which is appealing to the eye. I strongly believe that you don’t have to be ripped or have abs to be beautiful. I will do my utmost best to be inspirational and motivating on my social media platforms and to show women that it is possible!
What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?
Great things never came from comfort zones.
Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I currently run 5 times a week with two longer runs over the weekends, after my week day runs I do some strength training to better my mind, body and running. I do my best to have balanced meals and eat mindful to assist or fuel for my runs. I absolutely don’t believe in cutting out any nutrients in a diet.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I believe that I am the next Biogen Face of Fitness because I represent the everyday women. I don’t have abs but I do live my life healthy and happily. We live in a society where women believe that they need to look or act a certain way to be beautiful, but that is not the case, and I want to be a living proof of this! This is the message that I would like to portray.
