Lives: Cape Town
I’d like to believe that I’m a professional CrossFit athlete. While I’m very far from it, it keeps me motivated. I’m passionate about helping other people achieve their goals and helping other people train. I’m an extrovert that’s 100% confident in my own body. I love the outdoors and love going on an adventure or two. I like to have time alone and enjoy the beautiful scenery of our country. If I had one day left to live, I would probably spend it at the beach with lots of friends laughing together and just having fun. I love my family more than anything and wouldn’t trade them for the world, they are my rock. And most importantly, God is my hope and the one I put my trust in. I may be young but I’m sure I can make an impact wherever I go.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
I’m still in school so unfortunately I can’t be a full-time athlete, but in my head I am. In my head I’m also very good at CrossFit but in reality I’m just average. I go to the gym every day, except on a Sunday. I hate to take rest days, but they are needed so I have to take them. I usually do the 17:30 class at CrossFit and it’s my favourite class ever. I always have time for a workout and even when I don’t feel like going to the gym, I still go because I’m committed. It’s the hard days that count the most.
What are your personal fitness goals?
I’m a young girl with aspirations to one day go to the CrossFit Games. For now, while I’m still in school, I’m just focusing on becoming the best CrossFitter that I can be. I am committed to my sport and would love to also one day be a coach to younger children. Having big dreams and goals is one of the things I believe in, because it’s the only way you can achieve something. I’m not the strongest or best, but I’m the best me that I can be. I work hard to achieve my goals and I know that one day I’ll achieve them.
