What are your personal fitness goals?
I’d like to get more definition on my abs, build lean muscle, and get super toned legs and arms. In short, I want to be a lean mean machine to stay timeless forever. My sporting goals include taking part in Ironman, summiting Mt Kilimanjaro and cycling the Cape Town Cycle Tour.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I’m passionate about helping women feel good, and love and appreciate themselves. I will inspire them to take good care of themselves mentally, physically and emotionally through eating healthy, being active and reading. Becoming an ambassador will not only give me exposure, but will fuel the drive and ignite the fire in me to continue inspiring more women, especially mothers.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I train 6 days a week, twice a day. I run on 4 days and do weight training on 2 days. Weekends are dedicated to long runs and yoga in the evenings to stretch and relax.

I have the drive and passion to get more women to lead a healthy lifestyle because I believe that health is wealth and I live, breathe, sleep a healthy lifestyle. I’m a people’s person. I’m a natural influencer.
