What are your personal fitness goals?

I would love to compete in bikini fitness competitions. It has always been my number one priority to live out a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I would love to always be physically fit, toned, healthy and in shape. I believe there is always room for improvement and I would love to become a bit more flexible. I always focus on maintaining healthy habits and results.

How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?

I love to promote body confidence and body positivity as it is inspiring and gives one power to empower and create a platform where everyone can love the skin they’re in. I would love to break down all stereotypes about petite women in the fitness industry. As an image consultant I can identify with all women with different body types and shapes. I always teach women to love their body type and shape and embrace themselves as they are. I want to be the voice for all women and believe we need to empower, inspire, motivate, uplift and promote every person to go for their goals and dreams.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle

I believe in doing things the natural way and only use healthy supplements that support muscle growth and recovery. I love to eat everything in proportion, drink lots of water and herbal teas. I have an occasional cheat meal as I believe if you crave something, you need to listen to your body. I do not drink or smoke. I absolutely love to train, be fit, toned, healthy and in shape all the time. My favourite muscle groups to train would be abs, glutes and legs.

Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?

I believe I am the face of change, a beacon of hope, and a voice for all petite women that do not get recognition and acknowledgement in the fitness industry. I am here to break all stereotypical barriers and moulds in the fitness industry. I possess and have all of the necessary qualities and characteristics such as loyalty and commitment. I am a hard-worker and always strive to reach all of my goals. I am the face of change and shape of the future.
