Lives: Cape Town
I am an extremely ambitious little dynamite (that’s what my friends call me), who has a passion for people and children. I obtained two law degrees and I am currently a candidate attorney. I am also a fitness entrepreneur who just started a business coaching fitness business owners on how to grow their online businesses. I am a very outdoorsy person and love to spend time with my friends and family. I am definitely addicted to coffee, and going shopping is my favourite activity.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Fitness has been a big part of my lifestyle for as long as I can remember. When I think back to being in my early years of high school, my bedroom wall was covered in fitness magazine front covers as these girls inspired me to start my fitness journey at a young age. As I grew older, I got addicted to the feeling of accomplishing small accomplishments with regard to my body, and reaching goals that I set for myself. Currently, I train 6-7 days a week, not only for my physical well-being but also for my mental health. Being such an ambitious person, I tend to take on many tasks all at once. Training takes away all the stress and anxiety I cause myself by trying to do everything to perfection.
What are your personal fitness goals?
My personal fitness goals would be to obtain a healthy body year round that younger girls can look up to and feel inspired to also look after their bodies and physical well-being. I would also like to improve on the muscularity of my body and help younger and older women realise that by doing weight training you will not look manly, but rather more toned and healthier. I also want to compete again in the near future on an international stage as a Bikini athlete.
