What are your personal fitness goals?

I strive for the best at all times by remaining consistent and keeping up with my daily fitness routine. I constantly work to enrich my knowledge and understanding of how to balance my nutrition and fitness to reach my weight-loss goals. I am also working to cement, rebuild and redevelop my brand as a wellness speaker, fitness influencer and an upcoming fitness model.

How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?

To continue to inspire many women through my weight loss journey. As Tata Mandela once said: “If you educate a woman, you educate a nation”. Hence, I want to inspire women to live fully, free and be unapologetically fit and healthy. I want to end body shaming by educating women about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. I would love to use this platform to promote self love.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle

My fitness routine varies, but I try to be consistent at all times. I’m a fitness fanatic, hence fitness is and will always be my passion. It has transformed my whole life for the better, which is why it forms a major part of my daily lifestyle. My fitness lifestyle revolves around the 90:90 ratio that my twin sister and I came up with. This includes 100% commitment in balancing both my fitness and nutrition. I try to exercise six times a week. This includes jogs or walks to warm up, then Tae Bo or Zumba, followed by home workout videos. Nutrition also plays a major role in my fitness journey. I’m such a huge smoothie fan and I love experimenting with raw vegetables. I believe that it’s important to nourish my body with healthy balanced meals.

Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?

I’ll be the voice for all the women who are voiceless. I will advocate for self development and body positivity by becoming a kind, selfless, loving and inspirational role model. I see it as my greatest opportunity to make a difference and change many lives. Through my journey and experience, I can connect and empower women who are struggling with their self development.
