What are your personal fitness goals?
To be stronger, fit, and definitely more toned.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I have had moments where I wish If only I had someone like me when I was younger, someone to mentor me and give some advice or guidance on how important it is to start early with fitness, on dreaming big and taking action towards what YOU want, not where the rest of the society/environment is going. So I would use my #Biogenfaceoffitness to help bring the importance of fitness and education combined. To make Fitness education/gym classes available to all schools (especially high schools) as often as possible. To teach the importance of fitness ( Mental & Physical) to the less fortunate, to those who do not understand how much fitness can give you a new passion for life, how it revitalizes the mind, body, and spirit. Fitness is a gift to life… It is LIFE.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
As much as I seek physical fitness, I seek mental fitness as well. So as an aspiring actor, I had to find a way to better take care of my health and my body because I knew, to be productive and creative I needed a healthy body to host a healthy mind. So my fitness journey starts in the morning with either reading or meditation. I currently work the most exciting training facilities in the country so I manage to train 5-6 times a week, and maintain a healthy eating habit to enhance my fitness goals.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I aim to be the best in all that I do, and I know that Biogen prides itself on motivating people to BE their absolute best. So because of this, I’m willing to help get the brand to new heights. Being an ambassador of Fitness wouldn’t be something outside of my nature or schedule, as I already live a fitness lifestyle (with a passion for fitness, healthy foods, and people).
