I finished my matric last year and it was not an easy year for me because I had to stop working out because of my exams. I love to sing and dance. I enjoy reading and I spend most of my time watching dance and workout videos for inspiration. I am an introverted person. Although I love adventures. I don’t have anyone to do them with. I am a thick girl and I want to work on myself through becoming a personal trainer. Working out has become a hobby for me and I would love to turn it into my career.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Being a dancer requires a lot of strength and energy. Fitness fits in perfectly with these goals. Aerobics, for instance, enhances footwork. Fitness makes it possible for me to move easily and creates better flexibility to dance properly without getting hurt. It helps me with endurance and I get that from exercising. So, without fitness, I would have never survived as a dancer.
What are your personal fitness goals?
I want to go down to 65kg. I want to live a healthy lifestyle. I want to become a fitness model. I am aiming to become a personal trainer and a fitness instructor. I want to show girls who are my age that you can lose weight, not because they want to fit in with what society wants but because they want to do it for themselves.
