I am a qualified Food Technologist. I work a lot with flavouring and development of beverages across sports and nutrition, energy drinks and carbonated soft drinks. After work, I run Zoom workout sessions for my clients from Monday to Friday. I do strength training 4 times a week. I am currently pursuing my certificate with HFPA in personal training. I am very passionate about self development and chasing after one’s potential. Fitness to me is a self-development tool that enables me to embrace my ability to influence the world around me without trying too hard but simply by living up to my potential.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
If I am not working on new sports drink formulations at work, I am at home training my clients via Zoom and working on my fitness brand with my partner. My life revolves around health and fitness.
What are your personal fitness goals?
To always choose healthy and sustainable ways that will not take the life out of me but rather bring me happiness in pursuit of maintaining a fit and toned physique throughout the year.
