Tell us more about yourself
What are your personal fitness goals?
My number one rule is to always have fun with my fitness and to combine it with purpose, whether it’s running for a worthy cause or competing in a fun-filled athletic event. Movement is my medicine and I love being fit because it’s a crucial part of me. Fitness is my love language to myself and my personal goal to always move and keep challenging myself with growth.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I live a balanced lifestyle. I’m a mum and I run my coaching business. I want to show women that you can have it all with daily self love through movement and balanced nutrition. I love teaching women that fitness is not a punishment but a joy; it teaches you, it heals you and being active helps you live a more fulfilled and purposeful life. I would use this platform to help more women get inspired to do just this together with Biogen.
What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?
Movement is medicine, so keep on moving because it feels so good.
Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I’m both a life coach and a trainer so my job requires me to be pretty active, which I love. I’m a mother of two amazing girls and I’m married to an outdoor sportsman, so we are always cycling or running trails. I balance both work and fitness by making sure everything I do is balanced and heaps of fun.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I live an authentic lifestyle that is both balanced and attainable. I’m both sincere and happy and I feel I’m relatable. I would use this platform to help women on their fit journeys.
