What are your personal fitness goals?
I want to build a strong physique, that I feel comfortable and feel amazing in. I want to further educate myself about the importance of nutrition as I aim to master my nutrition so I can get the results I want when I put in the work. I’m working on understanding the importance of putting tension on my muscles for effective training and recovery. I love weight lifting thus I aim to perfect my form and technique in order to lift heavier and challenging weights & continue falling in love and learning about the fitness industry and become an inspiring part of it too .We all possess a unique purpose and I believe this is would be an exciting opportunity for me to discover who I was meant to be and use my experience and knowledge to help other women tap into their potential and reach greater heights too. There’s so much room for everyone to grow, by working hard, remaining consistent and disciplined one can achieve anything
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I believe the journey of fitness is more than just about pursuing fitness goals, it’s about building long term habits that will add more years and value to one’s life. I aspire to show other woman that strong is the real healthy, to motivate them that if I can do it so can they and through self-acceptance and discipline a woman was meant to break boundaries, she was meant to rise and most of all she was meant to impact those around her by gracefully being her authentic self.

You will never be anyone else but yourself, You were built this way for a reason so use it!!!!!!
Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
My lifestyle in a statement “A Diva who lifts weights”. I am a disciplined individual who loves life and is ambitious so I ensure my training regime is always set everyday before bed for the next day, I’m flexible with how I eat as I believe in balance but I maintain my 80%, track Macros (especially when bulking) so I can enjoy the 20% of pleasures and treats without attaching negativity or guilty. My workouts have become intense due to growth and experience and they also change depending on whether I’m shredding or trying to put on more lean muscle mass so I manipulate my training splits every 2 weeks to be active and try to work on all muscles without neglecting the other. Most of all I rest when it’s time to recover because that’s when we grow and repair
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I believe I have what it takes to inspire others to step up their game and go after the body they feel comfortable and are healthier in. By being myself and being open to learning more about nutrition, health and fitness- I believe I will be a good student and also a great teacher and share what I know with the rest of the world.We all possess a unique purpose and I believe that this would be an exciting opportunity for me to discover who I was meant to be and use my experience and knowledge to help other women tap into their potential and reach greater heights too.
