What are your fitness goals?
I strive to be better every day. I love setting goals and firmly believe that we can’t succeed without them.
I want to change the world… My fitness goals are to start weightlifting as a sport. I fell in love with weightlifting as soon as I started CrossFit two years ago. I also want to open a fitness centre with my mentor, where I hope to continue inspiring and motivating others, and help them achieve their goals. I also want to coach, and want to make a comeback to tumbling in gymnastics, which was such a big part of my childhood. I want own a gym where I can help people live a healthy life and be happy. I also want to create more champions and help them achieve their dreams.
What sporting achievements should we know about?
I received Boland colours for track. I was the national women’s age group tumbling champion for a number of years, I also represented South Africa on a number of occasions.
Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
I am passionate about helping, inspiring, educating and motivating people. I always bring something new to the table, no matter where I find myself. I don’t just advocate a healthy lifestyle, but I live it. I love learning new things, but I also strive to teach and help others. I give everything I do 200%. I also only do things that I believe in, and I’ve believed in the USN brand since I was 16. I believe that I can not only empower USN, but can help show the difference that this brand makes in the lives of everyday people.
