How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
It has helped me better manage the stresses of my everyday life. Through exercise I get to increase my production of endorphins, which means a calmer and more relaxed me throughout the day. Being active has helped me maintain a healthy lifestyle, reducing my risks of getting sick. And a healthier life is a happier one. Working out has had a great impact on my studies when it comes to developing mental strength.
What are your personal fitness goals?
I would like to be running 100m in under 11 second and my 200m in under 22 seconds. My personal best in both these events is 11.58 seconds for 100m and 22.13 seconds in the 200m. I also want to maintain high fitness levels and tone my muscles.
