What are your personal fitness goals?

I want to be fit and yet feminine. I’m in it for a long run as I get out of my comfort zone and show the best of me in my fitness. 

How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?

I will motivate and empower women in fitness and also educate them on how to improve their mental health through exercise and I will help women reach their body goals and build an unstoppable confidence.

I am very consistent in my workouts and I have a routine that I follow when exercising. I always talk about fitness and preach fitness as it is part of my everyday life.
