What are your personal fitness goals?

To tone up and be fit, which will cause my body fat to drop below 18%. I also want to develop a strong core, and improve my technique in aerobics moves.

How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?

I will post videos showing other women how I keep healthy and fit, which exercises I do, what I eat and, most importantly, how I keep my mindset positive regardless of all the trials and tribulations I face daily. I will also do workout challenges, taking before and after pictures, which I will also take part in to encourage women and show them that there’s nothing more powerful than a positive mindset.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle

I work out 5-6 days a week. I focus more on cardio, strength and toning. I do skipping rope and aerobics as part of my cardio workouts. For strength, I do planks and push-ups, and for toning I usually do different kinds of squats, ab workouts and arm workouts without dumbbells.

Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?

My fitness appetite increases every year and I’m never content. I get stronger, bolder and better. I take being physically and mentally fit seriously. I’m consistent in working out and eating clean. I motivate other women through my posts on my social media platforms. I don’t compete with my opponents, because if I did I wasn’t going to be where I am today. I am fully committed and my results don’t lie.
