What are your fitness goals?
I want to get stronger and leaner by decreasing my body fat percentage. I want to spread the beauty of fitness to people who has given up.
What sporting achievements should we know about?
I am a mountain bike race winner in both the overall women and age group categories.

I see my body as a valuable asset to the fitness industry and wish to use it to inspire others to accomplish their goals. I have a personality that encourages and helps others to believe in themselves, and see the true beauty in fitness. I want to inspire others to take the first step towards improved fitness, and help them express the person that lives under all those layers of negativity. I want to give people hope for the future.
