What are your fitness goals?
My most current fitness goal is to win my line up at the IFBB SA Champs. I would then like to keep competing and ultimately build on my physique and qualify to compete in the Arnold Classic.
Another goal is to reach my full potential and to use my drive and determination to inspire others. I want to show other woman that anything is truly possible when you commit yourself to your passion.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
In April 2019 I competed in my first IFBB Novice show where I went on to place first in the Beach Bikini open line up.
In August 2019 I competed in the IFBB Gauteng Provincial show where I placed first in my line up (Beach Bikini U163cm) and managed to also win Overalls in Beach Bikini. I also secured my spot in the IFBB Gauteng Central team to compete in SA Champs and have a chance at receiving my Protea colours.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I believe I am the Face of Fitness because I have first-hand experience of how fitness can save your life. I have not always been an athlete, and I think my journey into fitness is relatable to a lot of women. I want to show women that you can start at any age, at any level of fitness and turn your life around. Along the way, I have encouraged and inspired many ladies to start looking after their bodies and learn how to love themselves.
After committing to my own fitness goals and working with like minded women I have been able to follow my dream of competing and being recognized for these achievements. I would love to use this platform to encourage women to stick together and build each other up. Without the support of some amazing ladies, I would not have achieved what I have today. I would love to be able to use my fitness journey to motivate and inspire many more people to begin theirs.
Given the opportunity, I would be able to help others truly follow their dreams and create better lives for themselves through fitness.
