What are your fitness goals?

I love running. The next race I want to enter is the Two Oceans ultra marathon. I also want to get stronger, and push my body to its full potential. I also plan to compete in Bikini competitions, and see where the future takes me!

Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?

Exercise is such a big part of my lifestyle and I love it! I train 6 days a week – I run on each of those days, I cycle twice a week, and I lift weights 4 times a week. I will encourage and motivate my clients to follow me in leading a healthier, fitter lifestyle! I work with clients every day and I believe in cultivating good relationships with clients to ensure success! I will promote USN everywhere I go, through my existing business, in my daily life, and in the way I take care of my body.
