What are your personal fitness goals?

As a model, my fitness body goals have always been to look and feel like the best version of myself. I want to use the changes my body as a 22 year old has experienced to motivate others to believe in themselves. As a person living with Lichen Planus, which is evident on my bodily marks, my goal is to show others that there is no one standard of beauty and fitness. 

 

How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?

My journey as the Biogen Face of Fitness will empower me with knowledge, which will enable me to educate others as I learn. As a youth motivational speaker and an individual doing work with various schools in Gauteng and Port Elizabeth,. I would like to motivate them from a fitness and health perspective. I believe that becoming a cover girl will resonate with my sentiments in regards to how we can approach body positivity in various industries that categorise women according to their expectations. 

 

What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?

“When you look good, you feel good. When you feel good, your strides are unleashed and the sky’s the limit.”

 

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle

I work out 3- 4 times a week. I love to work out on Sundays as I believe the strong start on a Sunday. My workouts are cardio driven. I also do virtual workouts with @th3iker, a Port Elizabeth based personal trainer who pushes me in my conditioning.

 

Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?

With aspirations of becoming South African President in the year 2044, I believe that I am a multifaceted human. My competitive nature continuously motivates me to become the best version of myself. I know that I can serve this brand and carry its ethos as an ambassador. I believe my modeling background and work history give me skill that will enable me in representing the diverse nature of this ambassador role. I also believe I have so much to learn from Biogen. For 2 years now I’ve attended the Biogen Fit Affair, so when I noticed that this year Face of Fitness is Biogen Face of fitness. I knew that the stars had aligned for me.
